Welcome to Belgium Removal. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your move.
1. Service Agreement
Belgium Removal provides professional moving services within Belgium and internationally. Our services include packing, transportation, unpacking, and storage solutions.
1.1 Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your moving date.
- Final payment is due upon completion of services.
2. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and cash.
Invoices will be issued upon completion of services and must be settled within 14 days.
2.1 Additional Charges
Additional services requested outside the initial agreement may incur extra charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon prior to service execution.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.1 Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Belgium Removal is unable to provide the agreed services.
4. Liability and Insurance
Belgium Removal is committed to handling your belongings with care. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss unless it results from our negligence.
Insurance Options: We offer additional insurance coverage for valuable and fragile items. It is recommended to opt for insurance to ensure full protection.
4.1 Damages
- Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring all items are packed securely.
- Disassembling large furniture if necessary.
- Providing accurate information regarding the volume and nature of belongings.
5.1 Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from being moved. These include hazardous materials, flammable substances, and perishable goods.
6. Moving Regulations
Belgium Removal adheres to all local and international moving regulations. We ensure compliance with customs declarations and import/export laws where applicable.
6.1 Customs Documentation
For international moves, appropriate documentation must be provided to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
7. Force Majeure
Belgium Removal is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
7.1 Rescheduling Due to Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule your move at the earliest convenience.
8. Privacy Policy
